Okay, I mean no 'regular' oven (just the oven part of the microwave)  Wink

I found an apple tree near the road, it just belongs to no one (or the owner just doesn't care) so I made a last minute apple pie - without eggs because I never buy eggs for some reason...

I know it looks very messy. I don't get it out of the bowl without demolishing it (any hints, tips?). But actually I don't care, it is sooo yummy!

Before it arrives my stomach:

Just out of the oven:

What it looked like unbaked:

Here is what I did:
- Preheat oven on 180C
- Put 200g of sugar and 450g white flour in a bowl and mix
- Put 200g of margarine, a pinch of salt and a bit of coffee milk also in the bowl and mix until the dough holds together
- Put bowl in fridge
- Cut apples in small pieces, I did about 800g
- Mix the apples with 50g of brown sugar, lemon juice and 3 tea spoons of cinnamon
- Butter the surface of bowl
- Put 3/4 dough in the bowl, shape it with your fingers (yummy!)
- Throw in your apples
- With the rest of the dough make the top of the pie (see pic)
- Slightly put some coffee milk on the checkered dough, it will make it all crusty
- Leave the pie in the microwave oven for about 45 minutes and DONE  Cheesy

Okay, I hope I did a good thing posting this  Smiley I thought there's so many people out there with no oven or eggs so it could be usefull  Grin

Actually, my normal apple pie recipe doesn't have eggs, but it does look tasty! Though my microwave wouldn't brown it that nicely.

My usual pie has a strusel topping from a mixture of butter, brown sugar and flour. It's really good!

that's a really yummy looking pie! nice job! i have to say though.. regular apple pie doesn't need eggs and most people don't have microwaves with the oven part. good for people who do though!

Oh, I felt so lucky making apple pie without eggs, I thought I really came up with something  Grin Nevermind  Cheesy
The brown of the dough I've received by brushing some coffee milk on top of it. Thanks for the comments!
