YAY!  I made this dress today for my first day of college tomorrow.
It's my first time making a dress without a pattern, so although I know there's some mess ups in it, I'm still pretty proud of it.

My camera decided that it hated me so most of the pictures suck. The first picture is an accurate depiction of color.

Anyway,

PICTURES!

(excuse the dity kitchen)

I swear my straps aren't that crooked ( theyre really only a tad crooked, my hubbyt snapped the picture as I was adjusting my boobs and straps)

anndd....TWIRLING!

Hooray!

..edited because I can't spell..ha!

This looks great!  Especially since it was your first without a pattern!  I love the fabric choices too!  I wish you all the best for your first day of college!

Thank you so much!

I'm excited for school tomorrow, I almost had myself thinking I had just spent too much time with the dress to see if it was just too bad to wear out in public, I'm glad ya'll like it.  Now I can wear it all flaunty-like Smiley

I love you Craftsterites...you make my day happy Cheesy

Great dress -- wonderful for not having a pattern to go by!
