We bought a foreclosed home that was built in 1973. I'm fairly certain the living/dining/kitchen/bathroom haven't been touched since. We know it's not fit for a Martha Stewart spread, but we've done all of this DIY style, so we're happy. Smiley feedback is appreciated!

Awwww! Thanks y'all! It was a lot of work, but I had good helpers and it wasn't super expensive (bonus!). It's amazing what a lot of paint and a trip to Ross/Homegoods can accomplish!

Wow, that looks 150% better, I especially like what you did with the wainscotting in the hall.  And congrats on being a home-owner!

Great job.  All that paneling would have sent me into a fit.

Thanks! Yea, painting that wood paneling was a b*tch! even with the oil-based primer, which was its own beast, lol. BUT it looks a million times better, and not everything is beige anymore, so FTW! Cheesy
