I should really sign up for this. I have so much stuff that I'd like to pass on. My problem is that most of the stuff that I'm not actively using is at my mom & dad's house. If I make plans to visit between now and the sendout date, I'll sign up! so tempting!

Is there anyone out there interested in National Geographics?  I can fill a flat rate for you if you pay for the postage or you can come get some if you're in Maryland.

ETA: They will be going to the recycle bin this Friday
Rats, no takers so they'll be recycled.  I did harvest all the maps/inserts, some neat images and all the cool vintage Coke ads from the 50's so not all was lost.

Oh yeah, I think I may have forgot to say I would like to get some patterns.  I am a PLUS SIZE though, so anything smaller than a 14 would likely be too hard for me to alter to my size Sad  So....there is one more item to add to my list Smiley

This is very tempting, I for sure have some stash to bust, but the trick is to get things back that won't end up clogging my stash until the next round . . . could be a nasty cycle, or I could just buy more containers to house my stash.  yeah, that's it!

To offer I have: lots of fabric scraps, some bigger cuts of fabric including vintage fabrics, several vintage garments that would provide a good amount of fabric for reconstruction, vintage and non-vintage buttons, feathers, small wooden laminate samples (i use these to make necklace pendants), a few patterns (modern patterns=size 4-8, vintage patterns=around size 14), fabric paints, ribbon, key rings, and any other odds & ends that I can find in my overflowing stash!

I'm looking for: bigger cuts of fabric (not children's), vintage buttons/pendants (okay, anything vintage), zippers, thread, jewelry making supplies (anything, really, i've just started dabbling in the craft), vinyl records, other sewing notions, unique feathers, gold or silver chain, interfacing, glass paint, small legos, hair clips. That's about all I can think of off the top of my head. I love anything unique or unusual.

I am finding lots of cross stitch and embroidery kits for this swap.  As I clean things out, I wonder why I continue to hold on to kits I will NEVER complete.  The price tags on them are part of the reason . . . I hate it that I spent so much money on something and never even STARTED some of the projects!  So, I am hoping that the right person gets this stuff.  Also, if you get my box of things and some of the stuff isn't exactly your cup of tea, I hope you will pass it on to someone else!

Kits so far:  Cross stitch with animals and a "green" saying
Crewel embroidery kit with horses running
                 Candlewicking mother and child
Cross stitch "Call your mother; she worries!"  with heart shaped frame
Pillow cases with stamped cross stitch floral design (dirty, but can't wash until complete or design will be lost)

supplies:  aida cloth with battenburg trim
              wooden embroidery hoops
              cross stitch pattern book

I will update these lists as I continue to clean things out!

ooo - I want, I want! I can never find decent embroidery pre-stamped things to embellish and I really like to start with things that have something on them to start with and add to them rather than start from scratch!

I also want acrylic paints. Been a long time since I did much painting and I should get back into that!

I have:
fabric! loads of fabric! 1/2 to 1 1/2 yd pieces, and some larger pieces
fun fur yarns
crochet ribbon
jewelry making supplies
etc, etc, etc
