I went back through all the pics of all the wonderful tags with the idea of commenting on all of them individually seeing as how I had been absent so long but I had a long page of replies for those tags and wasn't even half way through yet.

I just knew no one would be ready for the "novel" that I would have to write in order to give praise to all the wonderful tags in this gallery...just wow!

I love the blue and green tag--how is the image done on front (I like how the background papers show through...is it a stamp?

The insects in this thread have been gorgeous!  I am going to have to borrow that theme idea next time!  Grin

Actually the image is one from my 1943 newspaper that I clipped out and 'carefully' colored with my pencils and I think it must be a trick of the eye making it seem as if the background shows through.

AM I'm very glad you like the heart!

I really enjoyed this swap and all these lovely tags!

Babetto--it was your careful cutting (like in the crook of her left arm!) that made the paper show through that I thought it was a stamp!!  What a wonderful image!  It is nice to learn the various techniques and styles as well as to see the beauty of all of these!

I love the little inchie crowned person.

I'm about to give up hope on my tag for bhean. It looks like I may have to go back to the drawing board.  Undecided

I got my last two tags and they are most wonderful!

First up is Yuki[Insainty]'s tag - it's so cute - love all the little critters with their hats - so cute Smiley

and here is a halloween pumkin by bhean - so clever - the mouth is a chain so he can look happy or sad or anything inbetween <G> so cute!

Don't give up yet, rackycoo!  I also sent to bhean...I just think the mail is extra slow!

I love the pumpkin smile/frown! and the crowned critters are cute!

phizzy, you sure have some awesome fibers as well...I love the turquoise and white one!  It perfectly matches the little inchie!

Yeah poor little pumkin couldn't make up his mind how he felt <G> tried to pull the chain down to a grin on the scanner but after 3 scans this was as good as it got - I think he just didn't like the scanner - he's grinning nice and big now that he's out of it <G>
