I do love Subversive Cross Stitch, and when I found out my operational support clerk at work was moving to another team, the "Bite Me" design seemed like the perfect snarky-yet-vaguely-work-appropriate parting gift.  Heh.  I jazzed up the colours a bit to suit his personality, and mounted it in a trivet under the pretext of making it at least somewhat functional.

The stitching:

All framed and ready to go:

The lucky recipient:

I'm really happy with how it turned out (love those fluorescent threads!), but by far the best part was hearing him crack up once he took a closer look and read what it said.

Thanks for looking!  Smiley

Thank you!  Smiley  The alphabet was included with the pattern itself, which you can find either as a kit on www.subversivecrossstitch.com, or in the Subversive Cross Stitch book.
