Just wanted to show off my latest embroidery piece:

Inspired by the new banner over at feeling stitchy (http://www.feelingstitchy.com), I thought I'd have some fun with different stitches and colors. There's back stitch, couching, split stitch, blanket stitch, chain stitch, running stitch and satin stitch in there. The sentiment is something I've been thinking about for a while, something I need to be reminded of every now and then...

Comments are very welcome! More pics and details are on my blog as always - http://nordiccraft.blogspot.com

Thanks for looking!

I LOVE this... good job!  It looks so clean and neat, very cute.

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.

What a great piece! I really think the pure white fabric and white frame underscore the clean and simple message.  And this may be weird to single out, but I really like how you did the "L" in less.   Grin  Anyway, fantastic job!

I love the sentiment and the variety of stitiches. This looks great. And the white frame gives it a nice, tidy look. Where will you hang this?

It's going to hang over my craft desk, because I think that's where I need the reminder most. Wink
