My 6yo daughter has already loved this bunny to near-death, lol.  She named him Floppy Bun Bun, and took him to school for show and tell.  On that day at school, she got her first papercut, so Floppy Bun Bun, feeling sad for the poor little bleeding girl, went and got himself a papercut, as well.  She has been taking good care of him, changing his bandages, and making sure he is comfy on the sofa while he recovers Wink

Floppy Bun Bun was a bright snowy white until his trip to show and tell.  He climbed the monkey bars, and slid down the slides.  He joined the children for snack time, and enjoyed many a peanut-butter hugs.  Floppy Bun Bun is now three days old, and is already feeling like a very important part of the family =]

Thank you so much for sharing this pattern!  I'm totally in love with this little bunny X]  I felt so goofy at the school, getting all mushy when the other kids were asking my dd where the bunny's arms were, and she responded, "He's made for snuggling; arms would just get in the way of the really GOOD hugs."  *aww*

love that fabric lilymarcella!

I still need to take some pics of my baby sisters bunny. If you make something for the brother you have to make something for her. lol.
And then I made one for a friends baby but it has stretched to massive size since I used a t-shirt to make it! lol. It needs eyes it's head sewn on. Smiley

I'm so glad it did!  He's darling!

eliea, I can't wait to see the baby sister bunny.  Isn't sibling rivalry fun?  And the best part is, they never outgrow it.  My father and his brother (66 and 70) are still competing and picking on each other.

I will try to snap a picture of it when I go over on friday. Smiley It's quite cute but if they are still at it when they get older it won't be so cute. lol.
Too funny.

Call me dumb, dense, idiotic, whatever...I've never ever made a stuffed animal before. How exactaly do you piece it together? With the pattern pieces, do I need 4 of the boddy, 4 ears, and 2 of the head?
