I am so proud of these suckers.  This is the first complete pair I have ever finished.  I made two other socks before these, but they were both failures and were not mates.  Look at the stripes, man!!  The Stripes Match!!!  Wooo Hooo!!

I got the "pattern" from Stephanie Pearl-McPhee's book Knitting Rules
She has instructions for a good plain sock.  She goes step-by-step and explains everything so wonderfully.  It was great for me because I tend to get lost in regular patterns.
