I love that pattern.  The use of the metallic thread is great.

Thanks guys!  He actually has some glow-in-the-dark thread too!  The star on his hat and some of his face glows.  My husband made fun of me because I locked myself in the bathroom waiting for it to glow. Cheesy

Neat glow-in-the-dark thread for the moon.  I really need to get some of that thread.  I would have locked myself in the bathroom too.

I had fun sketching this one up!
Harry the book-smart wooly mammoth is based on a pic I found on her lj.
I hope you like it, antarcticraft!

sewsew ~ i might have to put that on my wist list, i just love it. the threads you chose to use work so well with the design. the bathroom is the only room in our house that would be dark enough in which to look at glow-in-the-dark threads, and we'd definitely be in there seeing if they worked too!

ritapizza ~ that wooly mammoth is great!! i like how the stem stitch gives a furry look, and how cute is it that he's carrying books?!?!

sewsew, your lines are so professional. very nice use of the different thread types. also, I'm a huge supporter of locking ones self in bathrooms and or closets to experience glow in the dark things

ritapizza, awwww hes so wooly! very very very cute creature.

Ritapizza he is ADORABLE!!  I love his eyes!  Too cute!

Rectangel - It's actually just plain old DMC metallic.  I used to hate using metallic floss but lately we've just kind of clicked and most of the time it comes out looking pretty decent.  Me + Metallics = B.F.F. Cheesy
