once I ordered some very cute apple fabric from taipei and you know what I am also scared to sew up pretty fabric because there is a chance I might mess it up! But finally I made a cute pouch with this cute fabric, I have some more left I probably will make a cute tampon cover and the rest I will be adding to a bag or something, I think that's pretty maybe with some cute lace or so!

This pouch is made from cotton, red cotton lining, stiffed with interfacing, red zipper and is approx 17 cm wide 12 cm high.

hope you like it!

That IS really cute fabric...good job on your little bag!  I know what you mean about chopping up nice fabric, but  what you made turned out really well, so you should be pretty pleased!  This fabric would look great for a teacher's bag.   Smiley

What a cute little purse, so professional looking!  Cheesy
I like the little curve with the zipper, on top. ♥

You shouldn't worry about messing up!  That looks so good - if it is indicative of your talent, you have no reason to not use your pretty fabric.

This is adorable! I love the fabric Smiley I get that way too with fabric that is super cute. I'm afraid to mess it up, but I've found that little zippered pouches are a great way to use up small pieces.
