Punk rock puppy, here is a legitimate explanation of rick rolling.

If I were you I wouldn't click on any other links offered up. (FYI, I will be deleting rick rolling links.)

Kudos! I love rick rolling. A fun, simple one is to snag your friend's graphing calculator (if they happen to use one often) and type in "never gonna give you up" in alpha lock!

I had never heard of RickRolling before but I just checked out the wikipedia link and it's AWESOME!  I love that you started dancing when your roommate walked in.  Cool

Not sure if any of you watch "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" but there was an episode in season 1 or 2 where Dennis is singing "Never Gonna Give You Up" in his car.  It was hysterical as is the entire show! If I can recall what episode it is, I'll let you know.  I believe this would have taken place before the Rickrolling phenomenon started (2005 or 2006).

Sorry.
But that did explain it pretty well.
You click on something expecting it be exactly what the poster says it is, but it's just a link to that stupid Rick Astley video.

I'm not obsessed. I'm excessively enthusiastic.

*dies laughing*

I think the worst part is that I spent my whole childhood singing that song, and now it's used as a weapon to annoy people. Life is funny that way.

LOL I love it! I can't wait to show my husband when he gets home.

I loved that you cut out a hole for the tv after she said that. It made me laugh a little too hard.
