I third the sending Terry a picture. (He knits, you know... so who better to appreciate a masterpiece of crochet.)

I recognized it from the thumbnail...you did an AMAZING job. How big is it altogether? I can't imagine the patience in adding all those little continents. Great work!

I saw it on the front page and was like DISCWORLD!  I love Discworld!  Awesome!  The patience/time it must have taken to make this is astounding.  *rocks!*

I don't know how to contact Terry to show it to him, but I've e-mailed his agent, so maybe he'll get to hear about my project. Anyone have a better way for me to contact him? Send me a message - please...

The sizes:

• Each elephant is 5" long including trunk!
• The turtle is 11.5" long
• The disc is 7.5" diameter

Oh and the continents are crocheted right into top surface of the disc - they weren't added on later. I used 4 colours of cotton yarn to make the disc (blue, white, green, tan).

When I saw the thumbnail I thought this was the best table ever. Now I see that it's not actually a table. But it's completely awesome!!!!!
