I'm not sure if this fits here or not but I kinda reconstructed these pants so I'm not sure. Well to start off my father hates these pants they have holes and are not exactly fitting for a "girl". I agreed with him about the holes but these are my favorite pants and I just can't throw them out so I did some patch work. Basically I traced stars over the holes, pinned cute fabric underneath, sewed along the star outline, and cut out the fabric above the patch. I think it looks cool and my father is slightly impressed but still doesn't like them....that might be why I do...anyway here are some pics.

I think its cute idea..would look cute on a skirt too. Nice way to even cover up bleach spots.

I think they are cute too. Fathers are like that. Mine didn't like me wearing mini skirts back in the 60s... I probably wouldn't have either.
