This is awesome.. and I agree. I just think it's sad because Phelps isn't the only american over there, yet I feel like they are acting like he's the only one that matters.

I don't think that anyone really wants to be ripped off... I have been thinking about doing the etsy thing... I just don't know how it works and such...

My boyfriend, who is right now watching swimming on the olympics just looked at this page over my shoulder and said "I want that shirt."

Simply wonderful, and I completely agree! I liked when they asked his teammate [who basically saved the American's arses during the relay] about Phelps, and he was like - Well, I wasn't doing it for Phelps... lol!

Anywho, wonderful shirt. I'd buy it in a splash ;P

I saw that too, and I felt so bad for that guy! He did so great to win the race, and all the interviewer could say was stuff like "are you glad that you helped phelps to reach his goal?"

When I saw the thumbnail on the front page I was all set to be all "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO...  not on Craftster too???!!!  Can't we have ONE Phelps-mania free zone?"

This is hilarious.  Truly.  You should make/sell them.

(For the record:  yes, he is an amazing athlete, but so are hundreds of others there.  I don't think he's at all comfortable with all the hype considering how private he is (according to one gushing account).  We've hardly seen coverage of any other sports b/c of the hype over the 8 Gold medal thing.)

if you can't be a good example then you'll just have to be a horrible warning.
