Bloomers and old corset

I wore this at Summer Darkness ("underground lifestyle event") last week. I just loved parading around in it xD
It was kinda inspired by Emilie Autumn. Bloomers are soooo comfortable ^^ I drafted a pattern myself; it needs to be modified a bit, but last week I didn't have time to make another pair. Made with black silk, black elastic, pink elastic lace, some more pink lace and scraps from the corset (for the heart).

I made the corset last year for a ball gown. Used the pattern Truly Victorian 110 (1886). I highly recommend it It's easy to follow and the actual corset is really flattering. Especially if your a bit flat in the chest area *cough*
I made it with four  layers instead of two; two layers of very sturdy lining, one layer of pink and one layer of black spiderweb. For the boning I used the spiral steel ones (7 mm). They are the absolute best. So that lovely corset can effortlessly take in four or five inches. I love corsets
