i used a teal gingham from wal-mart, it was $2 a yard. amazing

magic!  i learned lots of stuff from this.

a) plastic zippers are annoying.
b) i love the color teal.

That dress is already on my try it list.

Yours looks great! Did you sdo something different with the top? It almost looks like a ruffle bust..Maybe it's just the fabric? Whatever it is...It looks great =)

NVMD..LOL. I just looked at the tut again and now I see what it is..haha. You have inspired me to try this today. I have been working on a few dresses for children of a few friends and I do need a break from that..hehe :/

If I'm lucky mine will turn out half as good as yours =)
