let me just start by saying that craftster rocks!!!  I don't know how I managed to drudge through life before finding this snappy little collective!

I can't wait to start sharing my projects, but it seems like I have  a little technology endeavor to set out upon first.... in the meantime, check out the cardboard chair that I designed and built few years ago:

please let me know what you think!

Awesome.  How long did it take to make? How long did it last?

The design took a while, it was part of a semester long studio that I took in school.  Once I had it designed, the final product only took an afternoon to construct.

The chair is still intact three years later, after a lot of use and abuse.  While I did design the structure to last, even I'm surprised that it's held up as well as it has!

That is very cool!  Where did you get the cardboard from?  Also, when I first saw the picture on your site of the stick bottle, I thought it was frozen french fries.  I laughed really hard.  Thanks  Grin

Okay, so I just looked at the chair and had a thought - Can you store the footstool in the back of the chair?? That would be really cool if you could.  I'm constantly stubbing my toes on footstools that sit in the middle of rooms in my house.
