great dress! my 2 1/2 year old still has her binky too.... usually just naps and night night... oh and she has no interest in potty training.

My daughter was about that age when I told her she could only have her binky while in her bed (or long car rides.)  So if she needed to be soothed during the day, she could just go lay down with her binky for a while, which she did several times a day for just 1-5 minutes each time.   
She did complain at first, but I think it went easier since she could have it whenever she wanted, just not wherever she wanted. 
It was almost a year later when she told me one day that she didn't need her binky any more, and that was that. 

I tried potty training for almost a year with treats, and stickers, ect, and although she would go often, she had lots of accidents.  When she was ready though, it went quick.  Like two weeks and she was accident free.

this is fantastic! The octi fabric is great, but I think the overall scheme makes the entire thing better - you've got some awesome colour sense! Looks very well made, too, and your daughter is downright adorable.
