  I received my awesome package from nicolatte and here are my goodies!!
First up: uber awesome bag made from thrift store handles and fabric in stash (and I secretly have coveted all Ikea fabric!!)



next up: hilarious armadillo cards (I have a weird fascination with armadillos ) that I love too much to probably use:


Super cute bottle cap earrings (took a quickie pic so I could wear them)  Notice the cute tin they came in???


and last (but not least) decopauged frame (I couldn't tell that it was her first time with Mod Podge )

I received my package yesterday and I love love love everything.  As I'm too old to have been separated at birth from poppyache I guess I'll have to say she's the daughter of my crafty mind   Honestly I'm having to rethink a couple of things now as I don't want to spook her out too much when she opens her parcel from me LOL
I can't post pictures as my camera is being a complete arse and I've very nearly bounced it off the wall several times trying to get the pics off but I will keep trying but of course if poppyache would like to post some before then then that would be great
Ok the things I received...
Well everything came in the funkiest woven box and there was a peg bag made from fused plastic bags, the coolest journal made from her own sketches, a tea cosy that fits my teapot perfectly, a paper crane kit so me and my smalls can learn how to make them complete with the story behind the paper cranes, a wee (melted) record soap dish, a heart shaped bar of soap made from all the hotel soaps her Dad brings back , a beautiful glass jar decorated with beads filled with covered buttons, a paper crane and the best ever gnome stamp, a cute wee stuffy key charm who very cleverly keeps plastic bags in his tummy and one of the best books - Change the world for a fiver.  Everything was beautifully wrapped and I feel totally spoiled.

The greatest moment of my childhood was when I was given a sewing machine. It meant I no longer had to hand-sew my Barbie clothes.

I have the utmost respect for anyone willing to handsew human-sized projects.

The paper bead jewellery is gorgeous!

I handsew purses I make. And reconned jeans. Everyone who sees them is always amazed that I handsew everything.

Lovin' those armadillo cards! I also really love the design of Ikea fabrics--their "bargain bin" area at the stores is fabulous for finding extra curtains, fabric, etc. I picked up a $2 curtain that's soon to be made into a skirt !

OK, posting for fezzle since she received...

 a HUGE bag with a plastic liner for her recycled bottles, a keychain made from a laptop computer part, some soap made from herbs here at the farm, a papermaking kit & a birdhouse kit!
... Had a blast crafting this swap....

  Awesome! I've been wanting to do papermaking, but do to space constraints (and the 800 billion other crafts that I already do ), I've had to put a hold on it....but it looks so fun!
