im so happy you liked everything !
i was really worried , since i wasnt familiar with a LOT of the things you mentioned in the questionnaire ~  Undecided

That's often a problem when people craft for me. I wish I knew things that a lot of other people like, but it's just not happened. *sigh* Don't fret your pretty head about it though - Equally good is when people make me something that they've put thought and effort into. I'm still pleased with my skirt.

And Urvi's given me the okaygoahead to post pics of what I sent. Apparently it's raining various farm animals where she is, and the internet has gone down the drain. Possibly literally.

So. I sent her this:

A crocheted plastic bag holder. Bags go in the top and are pulled out from the bottom. It was freehanded, because I couldn't be arsed following a pattern, and is itself made from plastic shopping bags. (I went through my entire stash in order to make this!)
Here's a closeup

Then, a wealth of bowls. Well - three of them.

This one made from scrap fabric and fused plastic bags

The ubiquitous record bowl.

For the curious, it's a 45RPM single of 'Two Guitars' by Englebert Humperdinck.

And a magazine bowl

It's made from the puzzle pages of the craptacular magazine I read compulsively, and coated liberally with PVA+water mix. It's surprisingly solid, and hurts if you hit yourself on the head with it.

Finally - a bracelet made out of paper beads.

I had such AWESOME fun finding out that pretty and useful things can be made from garbage.

Okay, it looks like we're going to need at least one angel, possibly two. One might be a replacement partner, I'm not sure if rosesanplacebos sent her package out or not.

If you are interested in being an angel for either smittenheart (no allergies, USA) or rosesanplacebos (allergic to rosemary, USA) send me a pm!

ETA: An angel has been found for smittenheart! Imagine has volunteered to be her swap angel! Thanks!

ETA: I've heard from smotheredsleepingbeauty, so hopefully rosesanplacebos will get her package soon!

So, here's what I received from jaybee for being her replacement partner -

There's 3 necklaces, 2 pairs of earrings, a purse made out of a pair of jeans, and a painting done on an old t-shirt. Unfortunately, the glass in the frame of the picture broke during shipping, but such is the mail. Now you guys get a clearer picture of it!  Wink

Close-up of the tree painted on the purse -

Thanks jaybee! I've finished your small and large, and will make the medium as soon as I can!

Glad you liked the package indigo_roses. I received your package too and I love it!

Crocheted bag

Crochet hook roll. As you can see, it's already been put to use.

Earrings. I love the leaf-theme!

I love everything you sent. Thank you so much!

Yay! I'm glad you like!

It was really fun (and a challenge) to craft things out of other things!
