**edit* couldn't stop and now there's a whole family of them!

I'm so exicted. I'd been planning to make a few teddy bears to give to all the relative for yule gifts from my daughters baby clothes, and I finally did it!  Grin Last night was one of those night where I couldn't sleep anyway so I decided to be constructive and sew up a "project in waiting".

I used two outfits: one of them was a deep pink floral and the other was a lighter pink with pastel cats and the words meow meow all over it.

I used an incredibly simple pattern where the body is all one piece and only the head is shaped.  Sewing the head to the neck got a little wonky,  Angry but it's covered up by a pretty organza ribbon.  Cheesy

The arms ended up kind of stiff and stuck out from the body so I tacked them together at the paws to make him holdng his paws in his lap. (Yes, a him, no idea why I keep thinking of a pink bear as a him.)

I've got another one half done from a red and white shirt that is looking more like a wolverine than a bear. Still need to attach his head.
