I recently moved back in with my parents while I go through a divorce. We decided to make the room nice since I might be here a while
I don't have a before picture, but .. well it was bad... really bad.
This is my new futon bed, and the cabinet that holds all my movies, and books. All the walls are a light pink color with the exception of the wall my bed is on which is white because my mother thinks the pink would have been to over powering...
This is the other side of my bed. The large grey drawers holds all my yarn, and the credenza that my tv (John and Kate +Eight was on) is on holds all my fabric (stuffed to the gills!!). This is the best picture I have of the floor. We tore out all of the carpet and painted it a putty sort of color. Then taped out large squares and then painted it again brown. Pulled up the tape and a few coats of sealer later, and I'm loving my floors! P.S. My dog Nimber wanted his picture taken, he's so spoiled.

The top of my credenza. Basically my perfume and sprays, my antique marbles in a vase, my various sunglasses, and a candy dish filled with semi-precious stones. A plant on top of my jewelery box, and a mug full of sand dollars
The shelf above my credenza. The poodles we're given to me by my great grandma after she passed away. They are a prized possession.
This is the top of my yarn storage drawers. The Buddah came from my late grandfather after he passed away. It was the only thing I was animate about having.
And last but not least my reading area! I love that green lamp that came from my grandma, but it needs some electrical work.
