My son's room got a cool dragon make-over this weekend:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=262297.msg2941678#msg2941678
Today I remembered that I had an old 12x36 canvas laying around so I painted his name and added a little dragon to the letter A.  This dragon is a little more "cartoony" than the one on his mural but he picked it out and likes it so it's all good to me. 
I drew everything free-hand and then painted it all with metalic paints.  After I was done I didn't like that the dragon wasn't popping so I outlined him in black.  Enjoy...   Grin Sorry about the flash glare but the colors were not true to life without it.
