I tried for a while to make purses/handbags. I think they're totally cute. But I see not everyone in the world's on the handmade bandwagon. I'm taking a mini-break right now to explore other mediums.

Sooo I made this unicorny purse, and my daughter luvs it, but i'm tryin to hold off on giving it to her. I think I was in a bad mood when I made it and the karma rubbed off on the purse, but how can unicorns be bad? I braided the handles of soft yellow jersey fabric.

Here's the inside in all it's hot pink felt glory

Here's my cupcake creation. My daughter actually loved this purse. She's making that face becuz she was trying different modeling faces.  Roll Eyes

I love cherries

Sooo comments, thoughts?
I need to get better.

Very cute! Love the idea of keeping the stitching showing on the inside. Awesome job!
