Yay! My very first make-up bag! Or come to think of it... my very first time sewing any type of pouch/bag with a zipper  Shocked
I've only worked with a zipper once in my life, so boo-ya! I'm not afraid anymore!
Anyway, I used mystery purple fabric for the outside, light purple gingham for the inside and the little kitty patch I stitched on there, and a turquoise zipper.
I painted the kitty on with a leetle paint brush and used basic tulip fabric paint.
And it's about 7x5 inches


Here it is next to an ipod shuffle for size preference:


Smooth lining!:
