I've never done a swap before either, raychie! And if you wanted to do this swap, but just weren't sure about whether or not for sure you were going to do the sorority, you could probably just swap for your friend and then when/if you get in, you can keep some of it!

How fun!

I'm a Gamma Phi Beta alum. I totally don't need or particularly want any more stuff with letters at this point in my life, but I wish I would have had a swap like this in college!

and btw...in case there are any Gamma Phi's on here...I have a really nice picture frame I need to give to someone. I don't need it and its still in the box. PM me your address and I'll totally send it to you!

Since JustCheeky put up a few pictures, I thought I'd post some as well!

This is me, my diamond and my grand-diamond in our sorority suite. (Yes, we say diamond instead of big.)

Me (on the far left) and my pledge class, Spring 2006, on Bid Day! It seems like such a long time ago!

And this is me (far left again) and a bunch of my sisters before we went out one night...I think it was Bid Weekend or something.

I'm excited to see who my partner is! And yet, nervous since I've never done this before...

hey crazyqt!!!!! i am also a phi mu!!!!

but unfortunately i joined phi mu while i was a freshman at baldwin wallace [last year] and this year i will be going to ohio university, which used to have a phi mu chapter but they voted to close themselves in 2005

i am so sad i never got a little, but i am going to be alum so my kids would still be a legacy

oh and guess what!???!!!!
at bw all sororities had to live in dorms....why? because in berea more than five girls in a house is considered a brothel!!!!

Same thing here with the brothel thing...it's very stupid.  Undecided But, at least we're not all going crazy living together! Our suite is very nice though and we just got it redecorated.

We have the same stinkin' law in my town, but we go around it!  Our greek life committee came up with a way to make seperate "dorms" resembling houses for each sorority.....

This is an article about them:

Ok laides - we are officially down to the wire, with tonight being the deadline for sign-ups.  We still need one more person to join us.  If we have a joiner before midnight I will go ahead and officially close.  I should be able to assign partners once the sign-ups close.  I stay up pretty late, as I work evenings, so I will be able to assign them after midnight!  I'm excited!!
