duct tape roses

here are my duct tape roses.

The red, yellow and purple ones, I made to give away and atached a little slip of paper on which is printed the 1'st verse to Bette Midler's song "The Rose". The black rose I made for myself. I was a little bitter about being alone on v-day again 
So, I made myself a black rose.

I don't think there is anything you can't do with duct tape. I've thought about making up a bunch of the black roses and sending all my ex's a dozen each for v-day.

I make duct tape roses when I get bored and desperate for something to do.  I was surprised that I'd never seen them on here, till now!  Yay for us.  My guy friends have an odd facsination with them, so I'm constantly whipping them up.

Yay!  I LOVE making flowers out of different stuff.  I've made them from duct tape, like you, and I've done them out of newspaper, tinfoil, and painters tape.  I guess I'll have to post my roses some day...  Grand job!

Ducktape... is the anything it can't do? I've been trying to think of ways to send roses to my out of state friends (that won't wilt or get squished beyond all recogntition), and this is perfect. Gosh, I love you, DelawareWolf.
