Ok, I have received all of my cards.

Here are the photos.

First, I received two cards from PlumCrafty, one store bought and one bought but reconstructed.
The first one was the Cutty Sark in Greenwich

And this one was a simple abstract.  She added puff paint flowers, a travel sticker, and a small scene at the bottom.

Next, I received from Ane a photo of a Norwegian bay

And my last card was from Nicolatte.  This one may end up being historic in some way.  It is a photo of the Vancouver BC skyline, but it's dated 2010 for the Olympic winter games.

Thanks, Ladies for a wonderful swap.  I love them all.

My final card arrived today and it was sure worth the wait. I received it from urvi who sent it to me from India. Isn't the view just gorgeous?

this is the postcard that came today from zigg13pra for my DD. She was a bit baffled by it until I read the back which had a "fun fact" about the longest roller coaster being in Japan. Then she got it, and disappeared it into her room until I pulled it out to take a pic.

thank you zigg13pra!

o.k. so i am finally back and thought i would post what i received. unfortunately the one i got from zigg13pra got misplaced so i don't have that pic. [thanks hubby for cleaning the living room!] but it was cool. oh i don't think he threw it away he just put it somewhere and i can't find it. anyways it was black and had this clear stuff over it. inside was polka dots  and i thoroughly enjoyed shaking it for a loong time. i guess you could kinda say it was like a snoglobe in postcard form. also i did a personal swap postcard and i don't have that pic either. don't worry i'm still working on yours! oh and while i'm at it i'll post the ones i sent cause only one person [Rhondas] posted picsof mine.

here's the two from Rhondas. i love Hk and that one went straight to my fridge. I got a surprise 2nd one and i laughed so hard at the kitty i almost pee'd myself.

closeup of kitty

heres my pinup [another love of mine] postcard from veganxwater

this one promptly went near my pinupcollection.

Thanks so much for all of em all you ladies! and sorry the 2 others got missplaced1

k so here's the ones i sent

RhondaS- chibi girl

veganxwater-pinup n lace

zigg13pra- mouse

i had fun drawing the chibi girl and the mouse and i loved that pic of the pinup type girl.

I remember posting the pic of the chibi postcard, but did I remember to tell you my daughter actually squeeked when she saw it? It got squirreled away in her room so fast I almost didn't get a pic, LOL!

It actually reminds me of her! Although her hair is longer and has been known to change colors frequently, it has been blue most often, LOL! and it was close enough to her birthday to be a birthday card with all the little cupcakes! I sent a second card to all my partners because she said we needed to send one to say thank you for the ones she got.  Grin  so - everyone got one bought and one hand made, LOL! That cat cracked me up too...

Better late than never, right? Embarrassed

From Twizted, a private swap. Reminds me of my cats, lol.

From RondaS. Great addition to my state card collection. I love the map cards.

From Whatzudoin. I have been fascinated by the Amish for ages and another State card. Yay!

From Snarkalicious. Another state card! Beautiful scene reminds me of parts of Ireland oddly enough.

And from Urvi, my first card from India! I love sunsets. My husband was very taken with this one.

Also I got a Missouri card from just_lisa in a private swap which I didn't take a picture of yet.

Thanks TwiztedBlood for organising and thanks to my partners for the great cards:)
