I think it would be fair to list some "wish list" ideas but told that there are no guarantees. If people list 10 possible "wishes" their partner is bound to be able to accommodate a few them I bet.

I think 6-10 items is a good number. I could see making 6-10 things and adding in a few supplies or store bought items to round out the box.

This is an AWESOME idea!  I would love to make one of these boxes AND I would love to receive one!   I love the idea that it's low stress and stash busting as well.  A wish list is a GREAT idea.  I'm in if this materializes!

So what does everyone think of starting this Mid-September? That way everyone has time to prepare a swap slot open. And we could send either around November 1st or December 1st. I personally like the latter just cause it's closer to Christmas and it gives us more time and lower stress. BUT I hate waiting that long cause anxiety will start to kick in. Also, if we did do December 1st, what do some of you guys think about maybe having the option of 2 boxes? I know some people are fast crafters and have a lot to destash. Just a thought. I like that there are quite a few people interested in the idea.

I really love the idea of doing this swap. I think the Dec 1st deadline would be good, but have partners assigned the 1st of October, so that lessens the time just barely. I also love the idea of a wish list of ideas, but let the crafter interpret it how they can with what they have. I can't wait. Let me know if you need any help kaymadben Smiley

Any help? You mean I have to be the organizer just cause I thought of the idea? LOL, just joking. I've never organized before but I would love to learn how. And being how low key and low stress this swap would be it would be great as my first time organizing. And I would love for you to be my co-organizer. So how long do you guys think the sign up period should last? How does this sound? Sign Ups Sept 10-Sept 28. Partners by October 1st and send by December 1st. Fill a flat rate box with 7 points (anything over that is spoiling your partner) Grin If your partner makes you 7 smalls, that is 7 stockings you'll be able to stuff.

What does everyone think of the amount of points and the dates?

This sounds marvelous!  I'd love to stash-bust, so I like the option of being able to send two boxes.
