I work at a library, and this weekend we had a party for the release of Stephanie Meyer's newest book.  Being one of the crafty types at the library, I took on the craft for the evening.  We did a fairly simple bookmark craft, as well as some duct tape roses.  For the bookmarks, i made some simple stamps from fun foam.  I also found the official "twilight font" and printed out some words important to the series on cardstock.  Then, i cut all the letters out with an exacto knife.  Remind me to never do that again.  So annoying.  But, the kids seemed to like it, and the party was a success!

Duct tape rose!  I really like making these, we "debuted" them as a library craft for mother's day.

The stamps with a sample.

The stencils.

I love the Twilight Saga!  The Midnight Masquerade I went to wasn't as cool as yours!  Although I did score some great stickers and a pin! Wink

Because we are a small library, we had tons of those stickers and pins left over.  Now i need to figure out what to do with them! haha.  The party was fun, even if i was the only "team jacob" there.  I wore a tail to signify my solidarity.  I think the kids got a kick out of it.  And they got free books out of the deal!

Ahhh, crazy! I just made a twilight saga bookmark for my sister today! (she just got the book and was using a scrap of paper to mark her place, so I whipped her up a bookmark.) Anyway, i wish i had stencils like that though, they do look just like the actual font used!

This is where i found the font!  On windows you just put in into your fonts folder and you can use it in word and such!
