I have seen this dress posted many times on Craftster and I just had to have one of my own! I found this great fabric that I thought would give the retro pattern an awesome look. So here it is:

The sleeve looks weird in the picture because I didn't realize it was turned under when I had the picture taken. Boo.

I found it at Joann fabrics. It is called Bird Seed and is part of the Alexander Henry Fabrics Collection.

This is such a cute dress!  Smiley

Would the pattern be difficult to adapt to a 3/4 sleeve?

That is so cute!  I made this same dress, and I was wondering, does the back close completely on you (around your rear)?  Mine doesn't and I am not sure if that is how it was suppose to be, or if I made it to small.  You did a great job!

I don't think it would be too hard to adapt to a 3/4 sleeve. It is a simple pattern so I am sure making adjustments wouldn't be too difficult.

It goes completely around my waist but it doesn't go completely around my bottom.

I just realized that the way the dress wraps around may make it difficult to add a different type of sleeve.
