alright so this was wednesdays dinner. we had chicken and cheese quasadillas with sause,black olives and rice. with orange ice tea.






the quasadillas were:
one chicken brest pulled and then fried with a little adobo sprinkled on top.
then about 2cups of chesse spread on a tortilla with a far amount of chicken sprinkled on top. fold in half repeat 3 times.

rice:
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
one of those blocks that you put in food to make it chickeny flavored
(sorry it's in spanish and i don't understand it)


sause:
3 spoons of medium salsa
2 spoons of sofrito
2 spoons of recato
2 spoons of ragu
(prepare/serve cold)

tea:
i galon of water and five tazo wild sweet orange tea bags.
4 cups of suger.
mix and then let it cool down.
pour it into a container and chill.
it's the best ice cold.

it's called chicken bouillon

And your recipe sounds yummy!

o0o ok thanx. lol. my hubby is somewhat spanish, raised by a spanish family but he is white. we buy are food at a spanish store so i didn't know what it was called.lol
