I just finished this sweater today! i started it almost one year ago, and i can't believe i actually finished it. and i love it! it is from the rowan pattern book "vintage knits", the pattern is "salina" by kim hargreaves. amazingly i didn't have to alter it in any way, and it fits just right and totally goes with my style. oh yeah!

and extra exciting: it is my first "real" sweater. i have made a sweater before, but it was very experimental and crappy and weird and i can't wear it. this is my first sweater that i can wear out and people will say "that is a pretty sweater!', and not "what is that yarn mess you have stuck to yourself?".

Great sweater!  It looks awesome with your skirt.  Does it have a collar or a hood?  Fantastic job!

I really like the simplicity of the sweater and you're right.  It looks excellent on you!

That sweater is lovely!  I would definitely knit (and wear) that!  Great work.

I love this sweater. I'll have to check into the pattern. It's such a funky classic. I know this is totally TMI, but you have a gorgeous body.
