I did a supply swap with Lmcbride, and here's what she sent me:

A crapload of wonderful yarn:

a big bag of crayons to melt into rainbow crayons:

a bag of fleece:

and a giant bag of whimsies:

She also sent a HUGE bag of ceramic pieces for mosaics, but I didn't get a pic of it.  I LOVE all this stuff!  thanks so much Lmcbride!!!

Step off, I'm doin the hump.

These weren't for a personal swap, but one step better -- these lovely two ladies sent me baby gifts w/o expecting anything in return.  Their generousity is beeeeauitful and I wanted to give them public thanks. Smiley

From batgirl is this addooorable embroidered baby bib!

And from kategirl is this delicious baby blankie:

Thank you SO much, you two!! Kiss

I received my gifts from Psyche today and they are amazing!

First a very cool purse, the fabric reminds me of beetle juice.

inside with all my stuff in the pocket which btw perfectly fit my stuff

Second I got this awesome ATC Kit with the most amazing paper and stickers and little random things.

I looove this stuff so much, I can't wait till I come up with an idea for an ATC so i can use some of the cool stuff Psyche sent me.

Looking to trade, if i do something you like let me know.

I received a sweet pressie from FlowerWitch yesterday.  I had surgery 3 weeks ago, and was feeling pretty miserable the first couple of weeks post-op.  Three weeks now after surgery, I'm still not feeling that great, and was having a HORRIBLE day when this arrived:

This is right off of my Amazon wishlist, and I'm just so flattered to receive it!  I feel as though I've met the nicest people here on Craftster, and this just really goes to show that there are some genuine people out there in the world!

Thank you so much, FlowerWitch!  You are an absolute angel, and the book really did make my day!  I even tried some French knots today, and they came out beautifully!!   Grin

I have several craft books available for trade/Wist items/supplies.  Please see my profile for more info Smiley
Greetings and Merry Meet!

so - I finally figured out where this thread is - dork that I am...

I did a personal swap with superhooker. She wanted me to make some jewelry for her mom, and she made me the most GORGEOUS mittens and scarf, cable knittted! And she added in a whole slew of little bits of sewing notions for me to use with my handsewing!

scarf and mittens which are the perfect color of blues!

and the mittens fit! cabling shows up better in this pic:

and a whole lot of notions! laces and trims and pipe cleaners and more! even appliques!

I am sorry it took me so long to figure out where to post this - and I hope you forgive me for my getting lost on craftster of all things!

feel I've been sick forever - still tired and RUNNING LATE!!!

Give me a bag of tumbled stones and I will play for hours! Wink

Brightest Blessings!

lovely button stitchmarkers (I adore stitch markers)

Pretty handmade candle

Gorgeous handpainted votive (which has pride of place for my meditating)

Lovely fabric covered notebook (which I'm taking with me to use on my Buddhist retreat next week), bookmark (which is alreay been used a lot) and beautiful flower pin (which is on my jacket)

Thank you so much Samsara ...
You're so talented and have made my first Craftster swap so pleasurable - thanks  Cheesy

I received a wonderful package from AlwaysInspired today.
Inside was a gorgeous LONG fairy scarf with little jingling bells sewn to the ends.  It can be worn or hung (it will be getting a place of honor in my craft room).  The batik fabrics are so gorgeous and perfectly stitched.
She also made me a replica of the pirate dotee she made for Sarcastra because she knew I just adored it.
It doesnt stop there!
She sent me one of the "Fucking Classy" shrinky necklaces that she made (love that!) and a lovely Alice In Wonderland shrinky & glass bead charm bracelet - all with the classic Tenniel images. The beads include a catepillar, mushroom and red rose, and the gold & green picasso beads remind me of a pocketwatch.
She ALSO sent me a little envie of "dotee fixins" - assorted bits of trim & buttons for accenting dotee dolls.
AI is not only a fantastic swap partner (awesome stuff and ALWAYS ahead of schedule!), but such a fun person!
Thanks AI

Now here, after my long-winded descriptions, are the pics!

(you cant see pirate dotees button on the bottom, but it is gold with an anchor on it!)

Your pictures are gorgeous!! I'm glad you love everything. That scarf drove my hubby nuts while I was making it.
