We are visiting Colorado next month for a NIN concert and to see my nephew, who'll be about 8 months. I had to take the opportunity to make teeny fall/winter things!

Velour pants with pockets:

Trains hoodie:

And coordinating navy/white octopus shirt. (Yeah I know, trains doesn't go with octopus, but the colors match OK?)

I didn't bother with interfacing / iron on on the shirt so the appliqu is sloppy, but I left edges free so hopefully it will fray up a little.

Cocoa shirt:

Dinosaur shirt. Made 2 of these.

Yay coverstitcher!

Coordinating dinosaur hoodie. I elected to add the rib around the hood and really like it I think.

And overalls that work over the cocoa shirt or with the dinosaur stuff:

I so <3 these.

How cute!  What a lucky little dude!  I need to learn to make t-shirts.  Gotta find some ribbing, etc. . . .

This are amazing.
It is great to seem some wonderful boy creations.  I really find it hard to be inspired to make clothes for DS, but this is true inspiration.  I'd love to know where you got your fabric as that is part of my lack of inspiration as good boy jersey/cotton knit os hard to find.

what patterns did you use?

Super cute! What a great wardrobe. You are a terrific aunt!

I absolutely love the t-shirts. I have the dino fabric you used, and am planning to pair it up with an orange solid to make a dress for my tyke. Now I may have to buy some olive solid, too, because I really like that combo. The hoodie's fantastic, and yes, I do like the ribbing on the hood. Makes it more finished somehow.

Gotta love otto mags. I'm planning to break out the pens and tracing paper for a whole day of tracing...my tyke's grown a size in the last few weeks!

Thanks for the inspiration.
