What a wonderful space you have made for yourself.  I love the organization and colors.  Simply a great place to craft in.

Thank You Very Much! When I get some more stuff up on the wall I will post updated pictures Smiley

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

I'd love to see the pics.  I just love the way you've worked in your craft space with a bedroom and still have space.  Lovely.

Well I've decorated a bit and decided to share some updated pics Smiley
There are still a few things I want to do, right now mainly the craft area is decorated.
Some of the things I still want to do to the craft area is cover my chair, paint the stand by the chair, hang a few more pics, get a piece of glass to cover my craft table etc....
And then I can get to decorated the bedroom part.

So here are some pics :
Whole Area

And here are some close ups on some of the projects I did to decorate Smiley
Everything was done with things I already had with the exception of some ribbon and buttons.

Desk Organizer-made out of Pringles cans a sawed shorter and covered with scrapbook paper and ribbon

My blue folders I covered them with bits of fabric I had and then used buttons to label them

This is my reading nook Smiley I LOVE IT

And here is a close up of the pillows I made, I love them also Smiley

Here is my plastic small drawer organizer that hold buttons, jewelry findings etc... I decided gray was boring so I painted the front blue and the surrounded the side with blue, gree, and brown ribbon but you can't see that is this pic
I also decorated all those vases except the white striped one and I used an old mayo jar as a candy dish Smiley

And I also cut some contact paper into circles and painted them blue, green, and brown and put polka dots on my pegboard because I needed to be more fun I thought, and I LOVE polka dots!
The edges come unstuck every once in awhile but that's not big deal to me. And I couldn't find my single hole punch so I just ended up poking holes with a awl but once I find the hole punch or buy a new one I will do that.

Enjoy!

I have no idea why I didn't see your new pictures.  They are great and I love the changes you've made.  I love the blue and green touches too.  My favorite colors.  I love love the way you covered things with paper or fabric.  And the little circles on the pegboard.  those pillows are adorable.  Lovely fabric.  It should be an absolute joy to craft there!!!  Did you get the chair done?

Since it's a one bedroom apartment the room is pretty big but I'm not sure of the size, the whole apartment is just over 900 sq. ft.

So far I got a new chair for my reading nook it's a super comfy super stuffer butterfly chair that I got from Bed Bath and Beyond on clearance the moon chair I had was more for younger kids and it hurt my legs. The chair I just bought is dark brown. I haven't had time to cover my desk chair because I've been diverted onto another project that I have to finish because it's about 3 years overdo and that's an illustration of SRV for a friend. I'm almost finished with it-just adding final touches and I will post it when it's done. Then I have some clothing ideas that I've been dying to do but haven't let myself do anything but draw until it's done Smiley

Then hopefully I can save up some money for some fabric, I ran out of scraps that were the colors I needed and don't have anything to cover the chair with right now. I really love the space though it's so bright and colorful!
I really have been wanting one of those printer tray for a shadow box to display my small collectibles and I will hang that in there too once I find one! And I've been making stuff to decorate the rest of the apt. but I have run out of paint etc...

Sorry for the long reply Smiley
Thanks for your comments also!

*grows envious* That's so great that you have your craft space in your room. =) Unfortunately I share a room so my craft space is in the living room =P

I really love your craft space!
I currently have mine in my closet and I share the closet with my boyfriend, so you can imagine!
Where did you get your little table? It's perfect!

Thanks Smiley
Which table are you asking about?
If it's my craft table-that's just a simple folding plastic card like folding table from Wal-Mart, I can't remember how much it was but it wasn't that expensive.

The little metal table by my chair in my "reading nook" (I plan on spray painting bright blue) was a plant stand that I found at Goodwill.

I hope that answers your question Smiley

This may have been suggested already and I missed it, but since you cant paint the wall you should paint the pegboard a fun color!
