These are the official rules for Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (and this swap). Please stay aware of them and obey them. Breaking the rules may result in the removal of house points and detentions. Repeated rule-breaking may result in suspension or even expulsion from the school. Should you have any questions about any of these rules, please PM ursulaandolive, headmistress of this swap.
1. This swap is for anything and everything Harry Potter. From the books to the movies and everything in between.
2. We will be swapping 1 Large, 1 Medium and 1 Small item. This is the minimum. Feel free to communicate with your partner and decide if you’d like to do more.
3. Communication is the key to a happy swap. You must PM me and your partner with the delivery confirmation number of your package when you send. If it is an international package that does not have a delivery confirmation option then you must email me a copy of the postal receipt when you send.
4. You must PM me and your partner when you receive your package.
5. You must post photos of your package when you receive it. Swaps are so much more fun when we can all see what has been sent. If you don’t have a camera or way to post pictures you must let your partner know before they send so they can take pictures and post for you.
6. Be warned, I love PM’s so if I don’t see you posting in the thread during the crafting period, I will PM you just to check in and see how things are going. My crystal ball is in the shop for repairs so communicating with you is my only way to foresee any possible flakers (which I’m sure none of you good Hogwarts students will be).
