Our family had some other families that we constantly around, and we used to play jokes on each other.  For the mothers, on their birthdays, the other families started a tradition of stringing up old bras on a line and hanging them from the birthday girls house like christmas lights!  Of course there were also signs indicating a birthday, but everyone always got a laugh out of it!

When I change bra sizes, I send mine to this charity: http://www.breasttalk.co.uk/bra-appeal/

They make really cute purses, that are easy to make. I put a tut up a few months ago for it.

I just recently saw a great site of art bras made by a quilting group for breast cancer awareness.

Maybe you'll find inspiration. Smiley

'Who are YOU?' said the caterpillar.

'I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.'

The snaps that hold it together can be used for bracelet making or snapping other things together, just cut them off and glue/sew them on something else. You could even use it for holding the strap of a halter top on.

I would recycle the straps.  You can use them later for tank tops, new bras, or other sewing projects.
