Details of swap:
This, my dears, is the Pick-n-Choose Theme Swap!

Whatcha do is pick 5 themes.

Then you create a list of at least 10 items you'd like crafted for your themes. Once you get partnered up, your partner will receive your list of themes and crafted items. They will then get to choose which kind of crafts (from your list) theyd like to craft to go along with each of your themes. Make sense? Heres an example:

Suzys themes would be:
1. Robots
2. Pin-up Girls
3. Owls
4. Ninjas
5. Hello Kitty

Suzys Crafted Items would be:
2.coin purse
3.original painting
4.crochet beret/hat
5.tote bag
7.stenciled tee
8.knitted socks
10. charm bracelet

Suzyz partner, Jane, then gets to pick and choose what kinda crafts from Suzys Crafted Items list, should like to craft to correspond with each theme. Jane picks:

1.Robots some robot earrings
2.Pin up girls shrinky dink charm bracelet
3.Owls an original painting featuring owls
4.Ninjas a ninja inspired stenciled tee
5.Hello Kitty a coin purse made of Hello Kitty Fabric

You may have more than 10 items listed in your Crafted Items list. In fact, the more you have, the easier it may be for your partner to choose/decided what to make for each theme. Please try to have your crafted items be a mix of different mediums (paper, clay, crochet, etc) and a mix of different sizes (small, medium, large) if possible. For a little bit better understanding or inspiration check out the round 1 thread:

and the gallery!

ohh this was a fun swap last round!
I don't think I'll be signing up this time- I'm going on a trip right in the middle of the crafting period and don't think I'll have enough time  Angry I'll be watching for the gallery, though!

I'm working on getting my blog up, check it out! Smiley

I may do this one - I'll have to think about the themes and stuff, though. I think I need one more swap to fill up the last part of summer! The only problem is that my themes would probably be very specific - I don't really collect anything, so when I do themed things they usually end up sort of specific and that would probably make it hard on my partner...

This is certainly an intriguing idea, and I'm really wanting to do an end-of-summer swap...considering it ...

yay! i hope you guys that are thinking about it, sign up! it was a lot of fun.

crafter21 and flasheyashley, too bad you guys aren't able to join this round  Sad

haroldlovesmaude, don't worry your themes were fine! (in fact, we have one of the same themes!) i'm keeping three of my themes from the first swap and thought of two new ones. i think half of the fun was doing a little research on some of the themes we didn't know about.

And your scared to death that you are never going to come alive.
