That looks fantastic!!!!! I'm super excited to do one now!!! I always have meant to try making a strapless dress but I'm always worried that everything wouldn't all stay put. Roll Eyes Next dress: strapless!

Harry Potter will be in my heart forever.

YEAH! I say go for it! I generally don't really wear strapless dresses for the same reason, but when i was working on my last dress (with straps) i realized it was staying up pretty easily... perhaps i make my dress tops too tight? hah.

but i think the piping did a great job giving some structure to the top (for awhile it was sort of just flopping against my skin until i finished it). I highly recommend some sort of binding/piping/etc to help with that.

and this one really stays put! i've even tried jumping up and down in my house and a little bit of running around to make sure that it's not going anywhere. Wink i'll let you know after i wear it to the wedding and dance around in it, but i'm pretty sure it'll be ok...

Oh my goodness! I work in a quilting shop, and I've been staring at that fabric since it came in, wondering what in the world I could make with it. Lovely job!

I LOVE personal swaps! If you see something I made that you like, and have anything fun or interesting or silly, tell me.
