I love the blue tape! That would make a really cool pen.

yeah, I thought the same myself when looking at the finished result ^^ the blue is actually much darker though. I just need to find some of those mini calender-pens, and I could start a small buisness.. Wink

now, If I only had some duct tape.....

Great job..I like your variation...it makes the flower part look fuller w/o addin a gazillion pieces

I tried this and couldn't get my duct tape roses to look anywhere near as good as yours! I just couldn't get the bottom to flatten out.

So, using your alteration (the fold) I tried to make something different and wound up with some really beautiful water lilies!

I don't have access to a digital camera right now but if you guys are interested I'll try to convince my friend to let me borrow hers.

Pretty, pretty!

I was thinking of getting some roses for my guy friend when I go see him in his play.  But I think he'd appreciate some of these more (he's a duct-tape kinda guy).

*dances around*  I love this place ..

This is actually really interesting to me because i have a passion for making paper roses.  I may have to move on to your duct tape roses now!

Thanks so much!  This does help them look a lot better.  For some reason the flap from folding them bothered me, no clue why considering I don't think it matters with the finished product.  But I started cutting a small slit and folding it together that way.  Same shape, no flap.

Now if I could just figure out how to place the petals so I don't have a constant missing petal look.......lol

yours look so perfect.

I think I'm just extremely confused because I have no idea of how to even make the petals right! I'm using scissors right now but I don't think I need them... could you help?
