I thought I would post pics of the messenger bag I did for crafty+sassy.  She received on Saturday, but I haven't heard from her.  She likes rainbows and music notes, so I incorporated both.

I painted the rainbow circles and then used black felt on top of white felt to create the music notes.  I hope she likes it!

I received my package from Veludo and I love it!! I hope you don't mind but I'm including lots of pictures. My daughter went nuts over it as well as you can see! She sent me hand stitched felt cookies and cakes. The detail work is amazing. Thank you so much!!

im really amused you guys think the packaging is unique ! i never thought much of it !!! 

im really glad you liked the embroidered phoenix !
i was going to make it into a cushion cover or frame it , or make it into a bag ~ but couldnt decide ! ( which is why i made the owl towels at the 11th hour !!!)
so now you can feel free to use it how ever you wish ~
