I made these cakes for my cousins wedding this past weekend.  The wedding cake is my first wedding cake that I made that was covered with fondant.  It is marshmallow fondant.  It was work intensive but alot of fun to create.  My stomach muscles are still hurting from rolling out the bottom layer.  The cake flavors were white cake with strawberry and bavarian cream filling.

I panicked at the last minute that there wasn't going to be enough cake for everyone, and made a grooms cake.  The cake flavor is chocolate with peanut butter filling, chocolate icing, and the San Francisco logo was cut and drawn on marshmallow fondant.

The cakes fed about 130 people.
