I had just gotten an iPod for Christmas, so the first thing to do?

Knit a cozy, of course! Smiley

Knit with some left over yarn from the skull mittens (also somewhere on this board, lol). Was quite fun and quick to make, really. Now I want to make a whole range of them, heh!

here's my iPod cozy. i really love it ^.^ my mom saw it and insisted upon having one for herself. so basically i knitted up two of these in one day =p i don't have a pic of my mom's but here's mine! it's made for the iPod nano. I've seen a few people questioning how big to make it...mine was a wee to big...tell me if you want to know how many stitches i used.

Here's my mp3 player cozy.  I have a 20GB iriver that I wanted to avoid scratching up when I put it in my bag.  The headphone covers also have an annoying habit of falling off in my bag and everywhere else (finally lost one last Friday at the movies), so I knit this up in a ball of Bernat Sox in Salsa.  I used waaay less than half the ball, and grafted the ends together.  I can stuff everything in the sock, pull up the cuff and everything is covered and secure.

That funky piece of tape is on the mail I got today, which covers the eternal messiness of my desk.  I finished it last week before I started my new job.  That mp3 player is a sanity saver!
