Knit iPod Cozies

Okay guys, this is my first posting with something I've made.

this is the front. I'm thinking of maybe putting buttons or something to keep the don't-know-what-to-call-it-in-english in place. (Nevermind my crappy English, I'm Swedish! )

here's the back. the tail and the end of the tail (and the horns) are actually crocheted and then "fixed" with a needle and some yarn to get the right shape. I experienced some problems to get it in the shape I wanted it to by just knitting or crocheting, so I had to cheat a little.

here's a picture of the inside. I made a little pocket to put the earphones in when not used.

I've been wanting to buy a silicone one with horns and a tail... but urs is sooo perfect... i'm gonna have to try something like that...

Yeah, I wanted one too but didn't find any, so I had to make one myself. Easier than I thought and probably a lot cheaper!

my second cozy. This one is a bit big but I like it more than my last one. See that scrap of yarn on the left? Thats exactly how much yarn I had left when I was done lol. I think I'll keep it just to prove my yarn estimation abilities and that one should never get rid of those tiny little balls you seem to have left at the end of larger projects.

Anyway, this was the first cabling project I made with my own design. I'd post a pattern but I don't think an y one would understand it since I seem to make uo my own abrv's. Its basically one long strip seamed on the side with matress stitch to make it look like a tube. I use bernat Satin (my all time favourite yarn) and size 8 needles.

Ok so i made a cozy for my ipod nano i got for christmas and here it is....it's not the greatist but it's my first project other than a scarf or little flat objects....so here it is!!!!!!!!!
it's actually orange a bright orange but the picture is bad...just think orange
