oh darling! this is amazing!! I would love one of this, but definitley have no clue to make something like that, dont even talk my daddy has  Grin he would maybe help me to get out of a cold (he is a doctor) but never ever can imagine him making a license plate purse for me Tongue

the only reason it is a little heavy is because of the chain i used.  it is a pretty thick chain and its long so its a little heavy. but the chain is only a stand in till i get my new one. it is the same kind of chain but not as thick. the license plates and hubcaps alone dont weigh much so to get around the weight of the chain i would use like a rubber handle.

no i did not use a tute. i was looking at a picture of the ones on littlearth and i was trying to figure it out then it just came to me. it is pretty easy.

i dont have any pictures of how i made it, but i will make another one within the next week. so ill make a tute when i make it. i tried making a tute without the pictures but it was way to confussing to understand.
