Yeah! I am so happy she made it in one piece. I was so worried that her ears or horns wouldn't make the long journey across North America and then the Atlantic Ocean. 

It's a good day for posting pictures. I was going to add the ones I took before sending..but they are blurry. Ah well.

I'm glad you like her. She seems to be enjoying her own little mini-savanna.

The giraffe is sooo cute!!

My family crisis has come up yet again. My fiance is suddenly being deployed so have a week and a half to get married and get all the paperwork dealt with. Needless to say, it's going to be a long long week.

It's not going to even remotely resemble a wedding. That would just be depressing. We're just signing the paperwork for legal protection (and admittedly, the extra money) and we'll have a wedding after he comes home. I'm currently in the middle of trying to figure out what we need to do to get me in the system. Blech!

PeachesEveryday - our new little friend does seem to be enjoying herself - she's happily bossing around my boyfriend's lego robot things (of whom I think you can see a claw in one of the pics... ahem... he's supposed to be 25 years old! Ha! He's as bad as me for toys!! ^_^) - you wrapped her up SO well, I don't think there was any chance of anything happening to her
