It seems that the consensus is for June crafting and sendouts.  Signups could be end of May.  Would someone be able to organize?

I'd offer to organise, but I leave for Israel in late June, so there wouldn't be much wiggle room in terms of chasing up flakers etc Sad

I can organize.  But be kind, it would be my first time!

I'm sure it's in the Torah somewhere... "thou shalt not flake" Smiley

This sounds great! We could make pretty things like Challah covers and silly things like t-shirts that say, "will you be my goy boy toy?"  Cheesy

You are too funny, Quilted.  Smiley Smiley   I was also thinking about challah covers or afikamen covers.  This is something that people who like to sew and embroider can do.

Funny you should mention that...

I have a cross-stitched matzo cover.  About four or five years ago, while sitting at a seder, I decided that would be a cool project.  I then promptly forgot about it until the next Pesach, when I remembered and said, "Well, it's too late for this year, but I should stitch one up for next year."  Fast forward to the next Pesach, when I realized I still hadn't made the matzo cover... you get the idea.

A couple of years ago, I finally got supplies, sat down, and started working... but I only had time to stitch the word "matzo" before, bam, Pesach.  Last year, I forgot about it again.

This year, since my memory has been jogged ahead of time (for a change), I'll find some time to add some pretty details.

"Next year in Jerusalem, with a pretty matzo cover!"  Tongue
