There is a great little bead store on Glenstone.  I don't know the name of it but if I go by it tonight I will try to see the name. I just call it my "Bead" store, lol.

It is right off Grand and Glenstone.  It is on the side where Blockbuster and Papa John's are and across the street from Subway.  It is in a little tiny mall that has three shops.  One is an antique store and I think the other is refurbishing.  She sets right in the middle.

Not only are the beads gorgeous she has great prices.

There is a new glass making place on the Square. I don't much about it but my Mom was telling me about it.

There is another bead store that my Mom found in the Plaza shopping center where the old Tower theater used to be.  Now, it is a radio station that has KGBX.  I have never been there but my Mom said they have beautiful items.

Any questions don't be afraid to ask.

Hi! It's the Bead Gallery.  I live right by it but keep forgetting the store's name, lol.

FM is still there and it's a fabric store. I am a night owl so I have not gotten the chance to go there.  I went the other day in the morning and they were closed.  My luck!

A lot of the local stores start up and then close shop.  It is really sad.  The square is getting some cool new places.

You feel old I have lived here almost 22 years! ROFL!

Are there any crafty meet-ups happening? I'd love to get together with some crafty people Grin

I wish there was a crafty meet-up here. If you find any let me know because I am there. I would organize one but I don't know where to begin, and I am super shy about those things. Smiley Attending oh I am little miss social butterfly. Organizing I am a shy turtle. Smiley

Crafty stores we have FHM fabric, Hancock's, JoAnn's, Michael's & 2 Hobby Lobby's. I heard there are three new stores in the square. One for stain glass, another for pottery and then something else. It's been ages since I have been on the square. Which is very sad since my Mom lives right off of it. That is my old stomping grounds.
